1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If you cancel your service request before any consultation or documentation work has started
- If a scheduled training session or course is canceled by us
- If services were not delivered as agreed in the contract or proposal, and efforts to resolve the issue have failed
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Once documentation or certification work has started
- If the delay or issue is due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
- For digital deliverables that have already been shared or accessed
- For training or consulting sessions missed without prior notice
- For services where third-party involvement (e.g., certification body, audit agency) is already initiated
3. Cancellation Policy
- Training/Workshop Bookings: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for a refund minus any administrative fees.
- Consulting/Certification Projects: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of payment to be eligible for a partial refund (subject to project status).
4. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund:
- A request must be made in writing via email to info@international-certification-group.com
- Please provide your name, invoice number, payment details, and reason for the refund
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method
5. Disputes and Resolution
We are committed to resolving any concerns or issues. Please contact our support team before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.
